General
What makes your physical therapy practice different?
We provide one-on-one physical therapy with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy for every session. Appointments are longer, personalized, and focused on getting to the root cause—not rushing through exercises or seeing multiple patients at once.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
In most cases, no. Direct access in MN allows you to see a physical therapist without a physician referral for 90 days. If your insurance or medical history requires one, we’ll let you know.
Who do you work with?
We work with active adults, athletes, runners, weekend warriors, and individuals looking to move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free.
Do I need to be injured to come see you?
Not at all. Many clients come in for injury prevention, performance training, movement assessments, or to stay active and pain-free.
Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network / cash-based physical therapy practice. This allows us to provide higher-quality care without insurance limitations.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Insurance often restricts visit length, number of sessions, and treatment options. By operating outside insurance, we can focus fully on your goals, provide longer sessions, and deliver truly individualized care.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Physical therapy services are typically eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.
Do you provide superbills?
Yes. We can provide a detailed superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Appointment
Scheduling
How long are sessions?
Initial evaluations are typically 60 minutes, and follow-up visits are 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies based on your condition, goals, and how your body responds. We’ll discuss a personalized plan after your evaluation and reassess regularly.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes. We offer visit packages and performance plans to support consistency and long-term results.
